Newquay Tretherras School Clubs & Activities 2009-2010

As you will see, quite a number of clubs etc. go on after the end of the school day. If you stay at school ALWAYS tell someone at home that you are going to be late and the reason why. If someone is going to collect you after the club, make sure they know where you will be waiting. We have arranged for FREE late buses for students on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The buses will leave the lower school bus bay at 4.45 pm.

BUS 1-will go to CUBERT, ST NEWLYN EAST, GOONHAVERN & PERRANPORTH

BUS 2-will go to ST COLUMB MINOR, MAWGAN-IN-PYDAR, ST COLUMB MAJOR, SUMMERCOURT & FRADDON.

There will also be FREE refreshments for all students staying on for after hours activities on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Remember-school ends at 3.10 pm so there will be even more opportunity to use ICT rooms and the Library for homework and study purposes.

Subject based after hours clubs

In the Spring and Summer Terms a wide range of departments run sessions to help students with their class work and revision. These classes are available for students in Years 11, 12 & 13. The timing and venue of these activities will be announced during the Spring Term. Students are reminded that the Library and ICT rooms are available for after hours study all year round.
